| Description | Foamcore is a soft centred board which can either be Latex printed direct to board or have laminated vinyl mounted onto the board. It is lightweight which makes it ideal for short term internal usage for events where the end user will install the graphic themselves. Foamcore is always printed in full colour and can be cut to bespoke shapes. |
| How is it printed? | Mounted boards are printed on self adhesive vinyl using one of our HP Latex 800s, laminated and then mounted to the sheet using our bobis flatbed applicator, whereas Print Direct boards are printed straight onto the sheet using one of our HP Latex R2000s. Once the board has been printed, we use one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department who will add any tape or velcro if required, so they are ready for despatch. |
