Dibond is an ACM (aluminium composite panel) which can be printed in full colour on both sides using laminated vinyl. It is a hard wearing material ideal for outdoor use.

Description	Dibond is a name for aluminium composite panel (ACM) and is most commonly used for hoarding and long term external signage. It can have laminated vinyl mounted to the board in either matt, gloss or crystal, depending on the desired finish of the print. Dibond can be routed to shape and drilled for easy on site mounting.
How is it printed?	All of our dibond is printed on self adhesive vinyl using one of our HP Latex 800s, laminated and then mounted to the sheet using our bobis flatbed applicator. Once the board has been mounted, we use one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department who will add any tape or velcro if required, so they are ready for despatch.

Print Process	Options
Front Print	The acrylic is printed to the face of sheet.
Reverse Print	The acrylic is printed to the back of the sheet, mirrored so it reads correctly when installed.
CMYK + White Underlay Spot	White ink is printed underneath any part of the design which has CMYK.
CMYK + White Underlay Flood	White ink is printed underneath the entire sheet.
CMYK + White Overlay Spot	White ink is printed over the top any part of the design which has CMYK. The design is printed in reverse.
CMYK + White Underlay Flood	White ink is printed ontop of the entire sheet. The design is printed in reverse.
CMYK - No White Layer	Only CMYK ink is used. We do not recommend this for most applications as the ink will be translucent without a white ink layer.
White Only	Only white ink is used
