| Overview | Print Process : Latex Direct to Board / Latex Printed SAV Mounted to Board |
| Description | Correx is a name for fluted polypropylene sheets which are most commonly used for temporary outdoor signage such as estate agents boards and directional signage. With the option of single or double sided print, correx is digitally printed in full colours making it the most cost effective material for short term adverts. Due to the fluting in the board it can be cut and creased to create products such as bollard covers and POS units. |
| How is it printed? | Mounted boards are printed on self adhesive vinyl using one of our HP Latex 800s, laminated and then mounted to the sheet using our bobis flatbed applicator, whereas Print Direct boards are printed straight onto the sheet using one of our HP Latex R2000s. Once the board has been printed, we use one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department who will add any tape or velcro if required, so they are ready for despatch. |
Over the last 5 years we have seen the market has moved towards more sustainable display products.
We have a variety of sustainable boards that can still have a range of cutting and finishing options, but with added environmental benefits.
