| Description | The outdoor x banner is a single sided display with a 30 litre capacity base, which weighs 31.5kgs when filled with water. This makes it ideal for high footfall areas. The outdoor x banner comes with a carry bag and pegs to secure the base on grass. Mesh Vinyl PVC is popular for very large banners because it is lighter than Banner Vinyl PVC and also easier to install. It is most commonly used for scaffolding banners, with a pocket top and bottom. To create a scaffold banner change the edges to 'Trim Edges' which will show the options for pockets, or if you'd like a standard banner with a more long lasting hem, then choose 'Double Fold Weld All Edges'. If however you need a double sided banner, then choose our 610gsm Blockout PVC Banner. 610gsm Blockout PVC Banner is the only PVC based material we offer as a double sided print. Both sides of the material can be printed in full colour, and then cut and finished to the installation requirements. This may be as simple as eyelets on the edges, or it can include pockets on different edges. Our most popular option is pockets top and bottom so it can be used with scaffolding poles. Luna PVC-free TPO Woven Banner 400gsm is an excellent alternative to traditional PVC banner vinyls. Instead of PVC it is made from TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) - a material which is commonly used in the automotive and building industries due to its strength and durability in outdoor environments. It has the same finishing options as our normal banner vinyl PVC, including welded edges, double fold welded edges and trim to size. If you require a double sided banner then choose our 610gsm Blockout PVC Banner. 440gsm Coated Phthalate Free Coated Frontlit FR is another alternative to our standard 440gsm PVC banner vinyl. It has the added benefit compared to the Luna PVC-free TPO of having a coated finish and slightly heavier at 440gsm. This material has the same finishing options as our normal banner vinyl PVC, including welded edges, double fold welded edges and trim to size. | How is it printed? | Our x banners are printed on our HP Latex 800, HP Latex R2000, HP Latex 3200 or HP Latex 3600. Once they are printed we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size. The graphics are then passed over to our finishing department to eyelet and pack ready for despatch. |
