Luna PVC-free TPO Woven Banner 400gsm is an excellent alternative to traditional PVC banner vinyls. Instead of PVC it is made from TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) - a material which is commonly used in the automotive and building industries due to its strength and durability in outdoor environments. 440gsm Coated Phthalate Free Coated Frontlit FR is another alternative to our standard 440gsm PVC banner vinyl. It has the added benefit compared to the Luna PVC-free TPO of having a coated finish and slightly heavier at 440gsm. 115gsm Knitted Flag Polyester is most often used for flags with poles - including feather flags - but it is a very versatile material that has other applications too. There is also the option of double sided print by printing two separate pieces and stitching together with a liner.

110gsm Recyclaflex Flag is an alternative to our 115gsm Knitted Flag Polyester because it is made from 100% recycled polyester fibres. It can be sewn in a variety of ways to suit different applications, including hems, eyelets and pockets. There is also the option of double sided print by printing two separate pieces and stitching together with a liner.
