| Description | The Party Box is made from e-flute corrugated board which latex printed, then CNC cut / creased to shape. The advantage of latex printing direct to the sheet is that it is 100% recyclable because the inks are water-based and there are no laminates used. We have a collection of sizes available to order online (all are the internal dimensions and don't include the handle), or you can contact the team for a custom price. As an added bonus there are no minimum order quantities for this style of box. Beyond party boxes, we can offer a wide variety of bespoke branded boxes, FSDUs and other display products. | How is it printed? | Cardboard is printed directly onto the sheet using one of our HP Latex R2000s. Once the board has been printed, we one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. This advantage of using a CNC digital cutter over a die is that there are no expensive setup costs, and prototyping to test for sizing isn't an issue. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department who will add any tape to one edge and pack flat ready for despatch. |
