| Description | Custom Stencils are cut to custom shapes using our Zund CNC cutter. The design (which can be made up of a pattern / text / logo) is cut out and removed from the sheet, leaving a silhouette on the sheet. When that is spraypainted only the design remains on the surface. Bridges are added to any parts of the design that would entirely fall out - for example the letter O or P. Please note we would need to inspect the design to ensure it is suitable for cutting as there are limitations to what is possible depending on the size of the stencil. |
| How is it printed? | We use one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department to prepare them for despatch. |
