| Description | Luna PVC-free TPO Woven Banner 400gsm is an excellent alternative to traditional PVC banner vinyls. Instead of PVC it is made from TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) - a material which is commonly used in the automotive and building industries due to its strength and durability in outdoor environments. It has the same finishing options as our normal banner vinyl PVC, including welded edges, double fold welded edges and trim to size. If you’d like to see the options available for pockets, taping, cut shapes and drill holes then choose ‘Trim Edges’ above. If you require a double sided banner then choose our 610gsm Blockout PVC Banner. |
| How is it printed? | All of our banners are printed on our HP Latex 3200 or HP Latex 3600. Once they are printed we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size - allowing extra material for hems and pockets. The banners are then passed over to our finishing department who will weld, tape and stitch until they reach your brief and are ready to despatch. |

Over the last 5 years we have seen a big movement away from traditional
PVC banners and the market has moved towards fabric alternatives.
We can offer the same range of finishing options on fabrics as we can on PVC,
but with the added benefit of dye sublimation printing which is a 'greener' print
process and polyester fabrics which can be recycled at specialist recycling centres.
