Mesh Vinyl PVC is an excellent material for indoor and outdoor advertising, particularly in windy areas. The material is made up of thousands of little holes that make the material lighter, but still with the strength of a normal PVC banner material.
| Overview | Print Process : Latex |
| Description | Mesh Vinyl PVC is popular for very large banners because it is lighter than Banner Vinyl PVC and also easier to install. It is most commonly used for scaffolding banners, with a pocket top and bottom. To create a scaffold banner change the edges to 'Trim Edges' which will show the options for pockets, or if you'd like a standard banner with a more long lasting hem, then choose 'Double Fold Weld All Edges'. If however you need a double sided banner, then view our 610gsm Blockout PVC Banner. |
| How is it printed? | All of our banners are printed on our HP Latex 3200 or HP Latex 3600. Once they are printed we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size - allowing extra material for hems and pockets. The banners are then passed over to our finishing department who will weld, tape and stitch until they reach your brief and are ready to despatch. |
Over the last 5 years we have seen a big movement away from traditional
PVC banners and the market has moved towards fabric alternatives.
We can offer the same range of finishing options on fabrics as we can on PVC,
but with the added benefit of dye sublimation printing which is a 'greener' print
process and polyester fabrics which can be recycled at specialist recycling centres.
Have a look at our range of fabric printing options to see what is available, and if you have any questions please get in touch with the team.
