230gsm Lycra Polyester is an even stretchier version of our 215gsm uniform stretch polyester. It is best used for an installation which needs a very tight fit - most commonly with chair covers.

| Description | 230gsm Lycra Polyester is our stretchiest polyester fabric. Although it can be finished in a variety of different ways, the most popular use is for making headrest covers because the material is stretchy enough to create a tight fit. We do recommend that you speak with the sales team before ordering a custom specification print using lycra polyester to ensure it is the most appropriate material for the application. |
| How is it printed? | All of our fabrics are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or on our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed they are calendered with our Klieverik heat press and then we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size/shape - allowing extra material for hems and pockets. The fabrics are then passed over to our sewing department who will then stitch them to match your brief before they are despatched. |
