Black Foamex
Black Foamex can be printed direct to board using a combination of CMYK and white inks. By leaving any black areas exposed without ink, the final print has a much richer black than the printer can achieve, and the black edges of the sheet provide a seamless finish.

| Description | Black Foamex has the same range of printing and finishing options as white foamex, including print direct, laminating and cutting to shape. By using a combination of CMYK and white ink it can be used to create stunning displays - particularly when black areas of a design are left blank, so the black of the foamex stands out. The entire sheet is black, including the edges. We are able to provide different colour foamex sheets on quotation - contact a member of the team for a price. |
| How is it printed? | Mounted boards are printed on self adhesive vinyl using one of our HP Latex 800s, laminated and then mounted to the sheet using our bobis flatbed applicator, whereas Print Direct boards are printed straight onto the sheet using one of our HP Latex R2000s. Once the board has been printed, we use one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department who will add any tape or velcro if required, so they are ready for despatch. |
