Description	Acrylic – also known as perspex – is a popular material because it comes in a variety of thicknesses, sheet sizes, colours and finishes. Online we provide the option of clear acrylic, but if you require a specific colour please contact the team for a quote. We use our HP Latex R2000 Plus to print direct to clear acrylic, with the option of printing in reverse on the back to keep the print protected once installed. To achieve this finish choose 'Reverse Print' and one of the drop down Print Colours. We recommend using White with any CMYK print to ensure the colours are vibrant, but we also provide the option of CMYK Only as it does suit certain applications. Have a look at the finishing options for more information on how white ink can be used with clear acrylic, or speak to a member of the team if you need help with choosing the right option.
How is it printed?	Our acrylic is printed direct onto the sheet using one of our HP Latex R2000s. Once the sheet has been printed, we use one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department who will add any tape or velcro if required, so they are ready for despatch.

Print Process	Options
Front Print	The acrylic is printed to the face of sheet.
Reverse Print	The acrylic is printed to the back of the sheet, mirrored so it reads correctly when installed.
CMYK + White Underlay Spot	White ink is printed underneath any part of the design which has CMYK.
CMYK + White Underlay Flood	White ink is printed underneath the entire sheet.
CMYK + White Overlay Spot	White ink is printed over the top any part of the design which has CMYK. The design is printed in reverse.
CMYK + White Underlay Flood	White ink is printed ontop of the entire sheet. The design is printed in reverse.
CMYK - No White Layer	Only CMYK ink is used. We do not recommend this for most applications as the ink will be translucent without a white ink layer.
White Only	Only white ink is used
