Description

0.3mm Magnet is the thinnest magnet in our range. It is full colour printed and can be trimmed, drilled and cut to any shape. Printed magnet is best suited for temporary shop displays and any flat area with a ferrous surface eg iron or steel. This material is not suitable for vehicle graphics.

0.6mm Magnet is the most popular magnet thickness in our range. It is full colour printed and can be trimmed, drilled and cut to any shape. Printed magnet is best suited for temporary shop displays and any flat area with a ferrous surface eg iron or steel. This material is not suitable for vehicle graphics.

0.85mm Magnet is the only magnet thickness we offer which can be used for vehicle graphics. It is full colour printed and can be trimmed, drilled and cut to any shape. 

We do not recommend motorway driving with a car magnet and there is no guarantee on how well it will fix onto a surface. For a more permanent solution we recommend self adhesive vinyl.

Please note that magnets do not typically stick to electric vehicles (EVs) because the body panels are often made from aluminium or other non-ferrous materials.

How is it printed?

We use one of our HP Latex 800s to print self adhesive vinyl which is laminated for extra durability, then mounted to the magnetic sheets. The magnetic sheets are digitally cut to size or shape using one of our Zund CNC Cutters and the individual magnets are then passed over to our finishing department to pack ready for despatch.

Custom Shapes If you would like to have your magnet cut to a custom shape then select either simple shape (for squares, triangles or rectangles) or complicated shape for any other style. Please note artwork must be supplied with a cutter guide as a spot colour on a separate layer to achieve different shapes.
