| Description | The formulate straight fabric backwall is a popular range of graphic displays because they are an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional exhibition units. The fabric is polyester based which can be recycled, and at a fraction of the weight of a pop up unit, it has a lower carbon footprint to ship. The graphic is printed on a 235gsm stretch fabric which comes double sided as standard, with the option of having a different design on each side. The frame is manufactured from 30mm aluminium tubing, and packs away into a fabric carry bag for easy transportation from venue to venue. The sleeve slides over the top of the assembled frame and zips shut at the bottom. There are 6 different sizes in the formulate straight range, and there are other shapes available in the formulate collection. |
| How is it printed? | All of our stretch displays are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or on our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed they are calendered with our Klieverik heat press and then we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size/shape - allowing extra material for hems. Each display is made from 2 separate fabrics which are stitched together by our sewing department, and then they are packed into the carry case ready for despatch. |
