| Description | Straight exhibition units have been a popular product for a long time because they are easy to assemble and have a big presence at any event space. The frame folds down into the carry case with the graphics, so everything that the user needs is in one place. When the user gets to the event they simply open up the frame, hang each separate panel and then attach the case wrap with velcro, if required. | How is it printed? | All of the graphics, including the optional case wrap, are latex printed onto a 465micron textured PVC material on one of our HP Latex R2000s. It is cut to size using one of our Zund CNC Cutters and passed over to our finishing department so the magnet and headers can be applied. Once each graphic is ready the entire graphic is tested before despatch to ensure the finished unit works exactly as it should do. Replacement graphics can be provided - we will require the old frame back with the original graphics so we can ensure we match the right fixings, and we can test the graphics before despatching. |
We strongly recommend that text / important design elements do not go over the panel joins as minor distortions in the frame or the floor can prevent it from lining up perfectly.
Over the last 5 years we have seen a big movement away from traditional PVC exhibition units and the market has moved towards fabric alternatives.
We can offer a variety of sizes and shapes using fabrics, but with the added benefit of dye sublimation printing which is a 'greener' print process and polyester fabrics which can be recycled at specialist recycling centres.
Have a look at our range of fabric printing options to see what is available, and if you have any questions please get in touch with the team.
