The highest quality work comes from high-resolution, or “press quality” PDF files. We have a page dedicated to our artwork guidelines and each standard size product page has templates on it to help you with artwork setup. If you have any questions get in touch with the team.
We have the software and expertise to modify an existing art file and update it with the latest information. This would be a chargeable service depending on the complexity of the changes so please get in touch with a member of the team with your requirements before placing your order.
Yes we always email a PDF proof before we print. The email with a link to the proof will explain what you need to check for with regards to resolution, colours, safe areas and more. The proof will need to be approved before we can proceed to production, then it will enter our automated workflow. Changes after a proof has been approved may incur a cost, depending on how far into production the order has progressed.
For our standard overnight deliveries we use a combination of DHL, DX and local pallet companies, depending on the size of the parcel and the delivery deadline.
The method for delivery is decided at the point of dispatch (unless agreed at the point of sale), but if your customer has strict rules on how the goods are packed and delivered – for example with distribution / fulfillment houses – then speak to your account manager.
For larger volume, high value or rush jobs we also use dedicated vans provided by local couriers. The advantage of dedicated vans is that we can have direct contact with the drivers and we can provide specific instructions for delivery, whereas this isn't possible with standard overnight couriers.
Yes! Please choose 'collection' as the delivery option and then you can collect from our production facility in Slough. When you receive your proof you will see a job number (beginning with J) - please bring that number or provide it to your driver for when they collect so we can ensure they take the correct order with them.
Vehicle Sizes
All of our standard size products have packing dimensions on the product pages. For custom size banners we would roll on the shortest edge, or on the edge with a pocket (if ordered). If you are unsure about the size of vehicle to order please get in touch with a member of the team and they can advise you.
All of our orders are sent under plain packaging as standard.
Yes we can - there will be additional costs as our delivery prices are based on 1 address. Please get in touch with a member of the team to arrange a quote.
Our standard lead times are listed on each product (typically 3 – 5 working days), but as we print our products in-house we can be very flexible with our lead times, offering a same / next day service if required on many products.
If you have a specific lead time you are working to, even if it seems unrealistic just get in touch with the sales team to discuss – 01753 871019.
We digitally print all of our products so we do not work to specific pantone colours. As standard any pantone colours will be converted to CMYK, but if you have a certain colour you need to achieve we are happy to print samples for your customer to choose from. Please note this will be chargeable and need to be discussed with your account manager before placing your order.
