| Description | Cardboard Dump Bins have interlocking tabs for quick assembly, and full colour printing all over the outside. As these dump bins are printed using waterbased inks and aren't laminated they can be full recycled after use in normal house-hold recycling locations. The size available to order online is 300mm wide x 300mm long, with a rear height of 700mm and a front height of 500mm. These are the internal dimensions. The cut out circle is 210mm. If you would rather have a custom size then get in touch with a member of the team so we can create a custom cutter guide for you using our CAD software. Beyond cardboard dump bins, we can offer a wide variety of bespoke branded boxes, FSDUs and other display products. | How is it printed? | Cardboard is printed directly onto the sheet using one of our HP Latex R2000s. Once the board has been printed, we one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. This advantage of using a CNC digital cutter over a die is that there are no expensive setup costs, and prototyping to test for sizing isn't an issue. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department to pack ready for despatch. |
