| Description | Brushed Dibond is printed using clear self adhesive vinyl which is then mounted to the board, and cut to size / shape. By using a combination of CMYK and white ink it can be used to create stunning displays - particularly when brushed areas of a design are left blank, so the colour of the dibond shows through. |
| How is it printed? | Clear self adhesive vinyl is printed with a combination of white and CMYK inks using one of our HP Latex R2000s. It is then laminated and mounted to the brushed dibond sheet using our bobis flatbed applicator. Once the board has been mounted, we use one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department who will add any tape or velcro if required, so they are ready for despatch. |
