210gsm Suede Polyester has a 'mock' suede finish and is the softest of our polyester fabrics. Although it is most commonly used for printed cushions, it can also be used for table runners and backdrops.
| Overview | Print Process : Dye Sublimation |
| Description | 210gsm Polyester Suede is most commonly used for digitally printed cushions due to its soft texture, but it can also be used for premium fabric drops and high end table runners. It can be printed up to 1350mm wide by 10m long in one piece, but multiple pieces can be joined together for a larger print. Polyester suede is always full colour dye sublimation printed and can be sewn in a variety of ways for different usages, such as pockets to create a fabric banner or a hemmed edge to produce a table runner. |
| How is it printed? | All of our fabrics are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or on our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed they are calendered with our Klieverik heat press and then we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size/shape - allowing extra material for hems and pockets. The fabrics are then passed over to our sewing department who will then stitch them to match your brief before they are despatched. |
