White Foamex
White Foamex is an expanded foam PVC board which can be full colour printed on the front or to both sides, either by latex printing direct to the board or by mounting vinyl. Print direct boards can be written on with a marker pen but can't be rubbed off, whereas mounted boards with a gloss laminate can be written on with a dry wipe marker and then cleaned off after.

Black Foamex
Black Foamex can be printed direct to board using a combination of CMYK and white inks. By leaving any black areas exposed without ink, the final print has a much richer black than the printer can achieve, and the black edges of the sheet provide a seamless finish. Honeycomb (Reboard)
Honeycomb (Reboard) is made from a corrugated board structure which is lightweight but also very strong. It can be cut, creased and v-notched to create unique displays that don't need plastic or metal fixings. Print direct boards can be written on with a marker pen but can't be rubbed off, whereas mounted boards with a gloss laminate can be written on with a dry wipe marker and then cleaned off after.
Oppboga Excellent Display Board
Oppboga Excellent Display Board is made from 100% virgin wood fibres and is fully recyclable. It is has a clean white centre and a high quality triple coated liner on both sides for printing. Print direct boards can be written on with a marker pen but can't be rubbed off, whereas mounted boards with a gloss laminate can be written on with a dry wipe marker and then cleaned off after.
Smart-X
Smart-X is a lightweight alternative to foamex. It is made from HIPS, a solid polystyrene, and has a core made from expanded polystyrene which makes it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Print direct boards can be written on with a marker pen but can't be rubbed off, whereas mounted boards with a gloss laminate can be written on with a dry wipe marker and then cleaned off after.

| How is it printed? | Mounted boards are printed on self adhesive vinyl using one of our HP Latex 800s, laminated and then mounted to the sheet using our bobis flatbed applicator, whereas Print Direct boards are printed straight onto the sheet using one of our HP Latex R2000s. Once the board has been printed, we one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department who will pack ready for despatch. |
