| Description | These deck chairs are full colour dye sublimation printed onto polyester fabrics which then slide onto the frame. There are no minimum quantities so they can be branded for specific events, or they can have generic designs to be used repeatedly throughout the summer months. |
| How is it printed? | All of our deck chair fabrics are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or on our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed they are calendered with our Klieverik heat press and then we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size/shape - allowing extra material for hems and pockets. The fabrics are then passed over to our sewing department to prepare them to fit onto the deck chair frame before they are despatched. |
